4-5-year-olds

Similar to our 3-year-old class, gymnasts will learn the basic gymnastics shapes and movements on various gymnastics equipment with a focus on fun! More time will be taken on stretching at the beginning of class and drills at different events. Gymnasts will get to experience both our Little Gym and elite equipment. Most classes end with jumping on the trampoline or swinging on the rope.

Ages 6 and up

This class continues the progress gymnasts have made in Rollers. With more advanced skills, gymnasts are challenged to perfect their technique and form. More time may be taken on stretching, conditioning, and drills. Most weeks, gymnasts will work on two events (vault, bars, beam, or floor). Some weeks, they will get to jump on the trampoline or climb the rope. This class is preparing gymnasts for Pre-Team and may need to be taken multiple times.

This is a parent/child class for 1-2 year olds. Work with your child as they experience an exciting and playful atmosphere. Children are given the freedom to explore gymnastics equipment made for their size. This class allows them to work on movement, thinking, language, and social/emotional skills!

Ages 6 and up

Introductory class for those with little to no experience needed. Gymnasts will learn the basics in this class, starting with the importance of properly stretching. Each week, gymnasts will work on 2 events (either vault, bars, beam, or floor). Basic skills and proper form are a focus as well as having fun! This class may need to be taken multiple times before evaluating to move up to the next class.

3-year-olds

In this 45-minute class, gymnasts will learn the basic gymnastics shapes and movements on various gymnastics equipment with a focus on fun! This enthusiastic age group will work in our Little Gym to learn fundamental gymnastics skills based on proper progressions and safety. Cognitive and social/emotional skills will also be taught through stretching time at the beginning of class, following directions, and waiting to take turns with others. For this class, participants need to be able to separate from their adult.

3–5-year-olds

This 45-minute class is designed for the little ninjas in your life! They’ll test their strength and skills on different obstacles while learning some basic tumbling to help improve strength and balance. This is a fast-paced class where the focus is on skills and following directions.

6+ years

Try your strength and skills on different obstacles while learning some basic tumbling to help improve strength and balance. This fast-paced class focuses on skills, following directions, and working as a team.

Ages 6 and up

This class is for anyone with little to no experience tumbling. Participants will work on basic floor skills (rolls, handstand, cartwheels) to help them build the strength and coordination needed to progress to Tumbling 2. This class may need to be taken multiple times before being evaluated to move on.

*Great for those who have participated in Cheer 1 in the past.*

Ages 6 and up

For anyone who has mastered ALL skills from Tumbling 1. Participants will work on skills leading up to round-off back handsprings. Focus will be on building strength and perfecting form.

For anyone who has mastered ALL skills from Tumbling 2. Focusing on building strength and power while perfecting form, participants will work on both stationary skills and tumbling passes.
