At Summer Camp, we nurture a strong sense of belonging and character through a structured yet joyful summer experience. Each day begins with community reflection, ensuring every camper feels seen and valued within our schedule, fostering quick friendships through shared experiences like games and songs. Our ‘Character Counts’ program reinforces our core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, while our dedicated counselors provide a safe and supportive environment where every child truly belongs. Beyond this foundation, camp bursts with engaging daily activities, from gaga ball and pool time to gymnastics and a camp talent show, all thoughtfully planned to create lasting memories and opportunities for exploration and creativity.
- Campers should be registered for the grade they will enter into in the 2025/2026 school year
- Unit leads are the leaders of each group. They have received 30 hours of professional training before the start of camp.
- Professional, energetic, caring staff. All counselors are certified in First Aid, CPR and AED and many have experience at camp or in the childcare field.
- Full-day care from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm with light breakfast snack, lunch and afternoon snack daily.
- Weekly dips in our indoor pool and chances to scale our Aqua Track throughout the summer
- Outdoor basketball
- Arts & crafts projects
- Seventeen acres of outdoor space and a covered pavilion for gaga ball, dance parties, sandbox fun, soccer, four square and outdoor volleyball
- Visits to our gymnastics facility
- Entering grade-level camp groups and individualized schedules for each group
- Emphasis on “no electronic” camp experience
- Express pickup through text message
- Plus, YMCA Summer (min. of 8 weeks) children’s membership is included in camp rates!

Join our exciting Kindergarten Summer Camp! Packed with fun activities, creative crafts, outdoor adventures, and engaging learning experiences, it’s the perfect way for your child to make new friends, explore their imagination, and create lasting summer memories in a safe and nurturing environment. Children must be 5 years of age before attending the Summer Day Camp program.
