The Mastering Swim Strokes class is ideal for swimmers transitioning from swim lessons to swim team or those who simply enjoy swimming for fitness. After completing swim lesson level 5/6, swimmers can challenge themselves to enhance their endurance, speed, technique, and proper strokes for competition. We also emphasize the importance of swimming as a healthy lifestyle choice.

This class is designed for swimmers ages 12 and up who want to improve their endurance and technique in all competitive strokes. We’ll focus on key milestones in competitive strokes and mastering essential skills like flip turns, starts, and finishes.
