This is group is for swimmers 13 & over that are still learning all of the strokes and proper technique.

This group is ages 5-12 and usually still learning the technique of all four strokes. They are newer to swim team.

This group is for swimmers 10-12 that have individual SC 2023/2024 Y state cuts and have mastered all four strokes.

This group is for swimmers 13 & over that will swim on their high school swim team and NOT swim at Aqua Force 11/25/24 thru their championship meet with their high school. They must have at least one individual Y National  from 2025/2026 LC time standards.
