Goals 

  • This program is designed to help the youth prepare for competitive sports and to make them more composed athletes.
  • Athletes will focus on the skills of balance, speed, and coordination while working together as a team to complete a task.
  • The nature of competing against someone will be used to establish a competitive drive amongst each individual.
  • To have fun interacting and competing against one another, and to build long lasting relationships using physical activities.

What is Agility ?

  • Agility is the ability to move quickly and change direction with control and balance.
  • Improving Agility reduces the risk of injuries when competing in sports.
  • Improving Agility also will improve flexibility, strength and even stamina.
  • Working on agility helps build the mind and body connection when being physically active.

What will you need ?

  • Supportive athletic shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable athletic clothing
  • Positive attitude
