Youth Agility Camp
Goals
- This program is designed to help the youth prepare for competitive sports and to make them more composed athletes.
- Athletes will focus on the skills of balance, speed, and coordination while working together as a team to complete a task.
- The nature of competing against someone will be used to establish a competitive drive amongst each individual.
- To have fun interacting and competing against one another, and to build long lasting relationships using physical activities.
What is Agility ?
- Agility is the ability to move quickly and change direction with control and balance.
- Improving Agility reduces the risk of injuries when competing in sports.
- Improving Agility also will improve flexibility, strength and even stamina.
- Working on agility helps build the mind and body connection when being physically active.
What will you need ?
- Supportive athletic shoes
- Water bottle
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Positive attitude
