Preschool sports can help children develop fundamental skills such as learning  teamwork and improving their coordination and self-esteem. The primary goals of sports for young children are to have fun, explore, experiment, and be playful.

We will teach your child the fundamentals of sports in our classes, incorporating a playful element to ensure all children have fun. We want the kids to sweat, have as much fun as they can, and pick up the fundamentals of athletics!

Curriculum: Over a 7-week span we will focus on a new sport/activity every week! These sports include

  • Soccer
  • Flag Football
  • Basketball
  • Baseball / T-ball
  • Fitness ( Obstacle courses/etc)
  • Gymnastics
  • Mixture

Goals: We strive for all our kids in the program to have fun while also learning about sports

  • Learn the basics of each sport
  • Have fun
  • Develop a passion for a new sport
  • Break a sweat & be physically active
