Speed and Agility is for athletes at any skill level looking to improve their current performance.  Exercises are designed to improve overall quickness, strength and coordination. This class concentrates on footwork, legs, endurance and core strength.

Session begins Feb. 26–April 14 at West Branch
Tues. 5–5:45 pm for ages 12–15 years
Thurs. 4–4:45 pm for ages 8–11 years

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
While working for the Y as our Speed & Agility Instructor, Nevin is pursuing a Nursing degree at Aurora University. “
My passion for nursing is deeply rooted in my interest in health and fitness.” As an experienced strength and conditioning instructor, Nevin plans weekly exercises + drills keeping every workout fresh and each participant engaged. Nevin’s class focuses on form, technique, and muscle memory drills to ensure the development of good habits for all athletes.
