Fitness Evaluation at Central Branch
We can help you set the right fitness goals! This 45 minute test will take you through several fitness evaluations, helping you make all your fitness goals a reality. The test will include body composition, heart rate, muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
One on One Check
One on One offers introductory meetings where you will receive information on nutrition and exercise, you will also be weighed, measured, and have your body fat analyzed. Participants will check in with their counselor every two weeks to weigh in, go over progress, and learn new techniques. This is a great way to get started and stick to a program.
Starter Fitness
Designed for beginning exercisers looking for guidance in starting an exercise routine. You must commit to exercise 3 times a week. You will have a fitness coach that will coach you along the way. You will exercise on your own, but will meet with your coach 30 minutes every other week during the 12 week program to receive fitness information and plenty of encouragement! Your coach will weigh, measure, and give you a body fat analysis.
Group Exercise

Joyful Joints
This class is great for beginners or active older adults. Slow movements and light weights are used to tone those muscle.
Joyful Joints Challenge
Same concept as Joyful Joints, heavier weights maybe used. Tone muscles with weights, bands, stability balls or your own body weight. Modifications will be shown. Please let instructor know if you have any limitations before class begins.

Beginner Yoga
Learn the basic moves of yoga.
Yoga
For those just getting started in Yoga. Learn all the basics of breathing, gentle stretches, strengthening and balancing poses, all taught at an easy pace. Instructions are included to modify poses to meet varied needs and abilities.
Hard Core Yoga
This vigorous yoga class is designed for the intermediate yoga practionare. Beginners are always welcome through-be ready for a challenge.
Pilates
Our certified instructors will teach you the many different "core" exercises, concentrating on correct breathing and form throughout each exercise. Pilates will help increase your core strength. We will work abdominal muscles, back muscles, and some leg and arms.
PiYo
Blend of yoga and Pilates focusing on core strength and flexibility. Great for toning as well as increased flexibility.
Tai Chi
These ancient Chinese disciplines combine to emphasize how to develop, manipulate, and utilize the body’s energy through breath, concentration, and relaxation. These skills, when obtained, can help increase balance and sensory awareness that can assist in promoting health and longevity.
Prenatal Yoga at the West Branch
Make your transition to motherhood calm, healthy and relaxed. Learn Yoga postures that will help strengthen muscles specific to our mommies and prepare us for child birth.
Prenatal Fitness at the Central Branch
Are you expecting? Just delivered and looking to get back into shape? If so this low impact group exercise setting is just for you. Class meets once a week for a low impact workout to benefit you and your baby. Modifications will be shown for all stages of your pregnancy. A doctors note will be required before you begin
Prenatal Aquacise
Designed for beginners or participants needing a low impact exercise. Ideal for new moms or soon-to-be new moms, as well as those in need of a low impact exercise program. This class incorporates safe and effective exercises to stretch/strengthen muscles and increase flexibility with gentle aerobics. Exercise during and after pregnancy helps you carry the baby and cope with any postpartum baby blues. Physician's approval will be requested for participation.
This workout program is taught one-on-one to ensure maximum benefits and proper form on all exercises. Scheduled by appointment only. All personal training sessions are one hour long, unless other arrangements are made with the trainer. Available at either branch.
Cancellation policy:
Once personal training is scheduled (including one-on-one training, buddy training and personal training for kids), failure to keep the appointment will result in a full charge for the session, unless notice of cancellation is received by the front desk 24 hours prior to the appointment.
